Bidco sees itself as an African Company,deeply rooted in the soil of East Africa, acting regionally but thinking globally. The Thika factory  is the largest plant in East and Central Africa. It has installed the state of the art refining plant from DeSmet , Belgium,which has effective controls that keep all emissions and effluents to the lowest possible limits, while our production systems ensure that we have zero wastage.

This massive investment in technology has borne fruit for the organisation, helping it to build a competitive advantage and achieve cost leadership. All Bidco products are packed and delivered in Eco-friendly and fully recyclable packaging. We have also adopted the Japanese 5S shop floor management concept, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and environmental health at the work place.
