The exercise that  has been exercise by peer educators at Bidco is aimed at helping staff who are willing to go for VCT to enable them know their status and plan for their future. During the exercise, the staff  are educated about the importance and the benefits of one knowing his or her own status

In 2004 Bidco organized for a similar exercise where about 170 staff members were tested. Bidco as a company has committed to supporting HIV/AIDS prevention control programmes in the workplace

It is the company’s policy to ensure that confidentiality of all medical information, including HIV/AIDS status, will be maintained and employees are not obliged to inform the Bidco regarding their HIV/AIDS status.
