Simple Sponge Cake |

Ingredients:
250g Bidco Gold Band margarine
2 cups of plain flour
3 eggs
2 tbsp baking powder
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp milk |
Method:
- Mix Gold band and sugar together until smooth.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, and continue mixing while adding.
- Fold in the flour and baking powder together and then add in the milk.
- Grease a medium sized tin with margarine and pour in the cake mix.
- Pre-heat the oven for about 10 minutes until hot.
- Bake the cake for about 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees centigrade.
- Serve when cold.
