Buffalo Chicken Wings |

Ingredients:
1kg chicken wings
5 tbsp Bidco Gold'n Pure sunflower oil for frying
4 tbsp (60g) Bidco Gold Band margarine
1tbsp Tabasco sauce
1small bunch spinach |
Method:
- Cut the tips of the chicken wings and discard. Split the remaining part of each wing into two pieces at the joint.
- In a large saucepan, heat the oil over moderate heat.
- Add half of the wings portions and fry for 12-15 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Meanwhile, make the cheese dip. In a small bowl, blend the sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, parsley and vinegar until well mixed and set aside.
- Drain the first batch of fried wings on a baking sheet lined with paper towels. Keep them warm.
- Repeat steps 3 and 5 for the remaining portion of the wings.
- In a small saucepan, melt the margarine over low heat and stir in the Tabasco sauce.
- Toss the drained chicken wings with the Tabasco sauce mixture.
- Cut the spinach into small pieces and arrange the wings and spinach sticks on a platter.
- Serve with the cheese dip.
